ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The IMPACT Conference is the largest annual conference in the nation focused on engaging college students in service, advocacy and social action, spanning an incredible 30-year history.
Conference participants represent a wide variety of demographics and interests including, but not limited to:
- Approximately 600 college students, who are expected to attend from 40 states around the country.
- Campus administrators, particularly directors and staff of community service, service learning and civic engagement programs.
- AmeriCorps and City Year members, VISTAs, Bonner Scholars and program staff.
The conference covers a broad range of issues including, environmental awareness, community service, human rights, fair trade and education. The sessions encompass a diverse spectrum of approaches to social change, including service, advocacy, activism and politics.
